I stopped in today on my lunch hour to see about setting up an appointment to have a tire looked after I explained that I had a tire that kept losing air. The gentleman that waited on me was very pleasant and professional. After checking their schedule for the day, it wasn't looking promising that I would be able to get in real soon. He asked me if I had some time now and he would check to see if maybe someone was available to look at really quick. They took my vehicle back and found I had a nail in the tire and repaired it and had me back on the road so quickly that I still made it back to the office before my lunch hour had concluded. I know I was lucky and that it doesn't always happen that way, but it worked out for me today. I could not more grateful or impressed with the effort, service and courtesy shown to me today. I will definitively be recommending this business. They have earned my business for any future repairs I might need.

Nice new building. Plenty of quality rims and tires in stock. They offer weekly, bi weekly, and monthly financing. Friendly and knowledgeable service technicians with great customer service. They took care of a rim and tire issue I had. They also do more than just rims and tires. I highly recommend taking your vehicle to this facility.

I stopped in there today for the first time, because I had low air in 3 tires. The young man at the desk in the lobby was great!! Very polite, and professional...even has a great sense of humor. He, himself, filled all my tires back to where they were supposed to be. Was very pleased with the customer service I received. I'll be back!!

This was my first experience at the store in Battle Creek. I was greeted by the team member. He asked about my issue (A large screw in the tire) and, even carried the tire from my car inside to be repaired. It was taken care of in a timely manner and now: their great customer service has earned them a new customer.
